A group of tourists arrived in a cloud of dust on their old Royal Enfield motorbikes. They were traveling from Lhasa to Kathmandu over the dusty Friendship Highway, only named so because of the altitude…
They stopped in Taschi for a while to drink some soup and to fix one of the tires, but as soon as they went inside the restaurant a group of kids on their way back from school took their chance and jumped on, gesturing wildly and making motor noises.
They did not pose and I had just chance to make a few quick shots before the tourleader chased the kids away..
