The story behind "Matterhorn, Switzerland"

It is not even the highest of the Alps and comes only halfway to the height of Everest, in fact the summit of the Matterhorn is lower than BaseCamp on the Big One.

But the beauty of teh Matterhorn is known worldwide, the freestanding mountain on the border of Switzerland and Italy is famous for its shape – and even inspired the Toblerone :)

Though the normal route is not too technical is is underestimated and had claimed many lives through the past centuries.
