The story behind "Russian kids in the Caucasus"
Our army truck broke down (!), close to a small settlement where there was another mineral water source and some kids who were playing soccer. But we were more interesting, so they followed us around, polite and friendly. Apparently they were on some kind of Scouting program or camp; in Russia the outdoor life (including mountaineering) is much more part of culture and education than in the rest of Europe.
