De volgende van Uganda vond ik ook erg mooi om te zien. Ben er twee keer geweest (Kibali), moet echt eens proberen terug te gaan.

The story behind "The highest campsite in the world on Everest, Tibet"

Welcome at 8300 meter/ 27,000ft. You can park your boots in the vestibule and once the stove gets started you will have a nice freeze dried dinner within 4-5 hours! Feel free to visit the neighbours, but do not drop by as you will be dropping for quite a long time..

This is the last camp on the Tibetan route of Everest. Now the weather is nice for a moment, but mostly it is brutal. We are camping higher than the summit of Cho Oyu, the large massif straight ahead which is the 6th highest mountain on earth.. One of the few campsites on earth that really has a breathtaking view…
