One hand turning the small prayerwheel, the other turning the beads, while humming "Om Mani Padme Hum". So that's triple blessing, while sitting on a nice chair parked in front of an ugly closed building. Welcome to Tibet, land of prayers.. not sure if it will do any good, but definitely no harm & maybe it is the best she can do here in
