Good question……. Personally , I think there’s nothing wrong to share with others if ‘man’ has (more than) enough. On the other hand , you’re right ; maybe they must do something for the money. But , we are talking about children , and children need to be bouncing and laughing and playing around and not be begging for money or something else…….

Beautiful photo. What a precious child. I agree you tinkje and Harry. It is a difficult question. I always like to buy items from children and people who do not have much. For the child who is begging for money, you do not want to teach them that this is the way to get money by just giving it to them. But this may likely be the only way they know how to get money. It is one of the great unjusts of our world.

Nepali girl begging at Monkey Temple

The story behind "Nepali girl begging at Monkey Temple"

There were not many tourists this day at the Swayambunath or Monkey Temple in Kathmandu and the girl did not have a good income.

She was not very persistent, which was a nice change.
I still do not know what to do with beggars, even though I am not rich, I have a lot more money than they do. I always buy stuff from children on the streets, somehow I hope that it will teach them that they can earn money buy doing something and not just by asking. But many children maybe do not have the possibility to give you something in return, should you give them money?
