This is the first in a series of 5, about the laundry service in Agra, India. Agra is known for the Taj Mahal, but behind the scenes a lot f activities go on like in any society.
I was amazed that so many Indians had clean and shiny clothing, with all the dust and dirty streets. Then I noticed this scene and the images for the next few days: the Agra Laundry service: here you see a man ferrying big bags of dirty laundry across the river, towards the other bank, where they will be cleaned…
